When I got my glasses a week later, my vision was somewhat blurred with the prescription that had been provided. Went back to the optical dept and Eric made an adjustment to the lenses by "tweeking the prescription". This had happened to me before and am not happy that it is not correct the first time. (still not 100% happy but would cost me alot of money to correct their mistake) My old glasses are better than the new ones. It makes me think. Is SJ Eye Physicians giving me an unnecessary new script every time I go? This place has become a factory. Another thing I don't get is if they tell you that you have the start of cataracts and probably wont need surgery for 10 years, why do they make you all of a sudden come every year instead of every other and now make you a "medical" patient and can charge you a higher copay. I truly feel they try to make money off of you, coming and going.
