She did a nice job with the manicure and when I walked out my nails looked very nice (Wed, Nov. 27), but by the following Tuesday (Dec. 2) the gel had begun to left off. Usually when I get gel nails, they last more than 2 weeks, not 6 days. I'm am very disappointed.

We were very thankful that with this new survey tool we were able to know that this happened, address it with the client, and make it right! We reached out to Brooke and had her come back in for another manicure/gel polish at no charge. we learned that Andria (who started with us as a nail tech and now is a licensed stylist) needed a little extra training on the gel polish from our lead nail technician Heather. we are hoping that Brooke is now satisfied and will be back to see us!
