I had the worse facial in my life at Pebonia. I paid $215 for a hydra facial. The esthetician put some stuff on my face for five minutes , then an LED light and left the room for 15 minutes. She came back and put The JLo Glow on my face and that was it. Forty minutes and she was out of the room for 25. There were no gloves for my hands, no massage on my face and I will never go back. To be fair when I was in shock that it was so expensive and short the manager did call me and apologized and offered me a free redo with someone else but it was truly the worse facial experience I have ever had

The treatment and service by LuzMarie was exceptional. However I’m not sure how she can work in such a cramped space. The table is also in bad shape and is small but any larger would not work. I believe her room needs updates for a better experience. Her service however was 5 star!
