Enjoyed the facial itself. However, do not like paying and having additional charges for "add on's" such as extractions. All facials I've had have never had an additional charge for extractions. I understand additional charge for a peel or such. Also, please inform customer prior to service of what additional services will provided along with the charges so that we can decide at that time if we want it. Do not like being surprised at check out. Everything else was good.

We strive to give the upmost customer experience to all of our guests and I know we cannot grow without hearing any complaints so that we have the opportunity to remedy the situation. I have looked into this and due to the fact that our Teen Facial is a shorter time than a Deep Cleansing Facial and the protocol is for a certain amount of extractions, we typically upgrade any teens to the Deep Cleansing Facial if they need additional extractions. However, the fact that it was not disclosed prior to your service, I do apologize. I am going to put a credit on your account for the additional money you were charged.
