If it was possible to leave zero stars, I would. I have never seen a bunch of more disorganized and dishonest people in my life, in any type of business establishment, much less a so-called beauty spa.
Lets start with the the booking process, where if you miss an appointment for whatever reason, you are charged a $75 penalty. Cannot make this stuff up.
Anyway, moving on to their waiting area where you are forced to wait for hours, even though you arrive within minutes of your scheduled appointment.
The cushions and couches in this waiting area stink to high heavens. Absolutely filthy. They clearly have never been cleaned and reek of sweat, farts and god knows what else.
When you do get attention you are attended to by nurses or nurses assistants. You never actually get to see a doctor as he supposedly shows up just twice a week and his attention is reserved for special cases. So you are forced to get your service from these incompetent and overworked nurses who are moonlighting here to make some extra cash on the side. One told me she was really an ER nurse in the East Bay. Go figure.
The most interesting and amusing part of the whole experience here is when it comes time to pay. This is when another clueless woman shows up with a calculator, a thick stack of different pricing lists and scratch paper like she is about to sit for an advanced Calculus examination. Ladies and gentlemen this is when the magic happens, and you see your bill go from what it really should be, based on their advertised price list to an astronomical number based on their fuzzy math. To make matters worse, they charge you this inflated price after watering down their Botox or Dysport. Neither procedure done here lasts for even close to 1 month. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. There are so many other much better alternatives right in that neighborhood that it really makes no sense in anyway to patronize these dishonest people. I do not see them staying in business much longer.

Shortest facial ever. It was ok, but only 40 mins long. I have never had a facial in less than an hour.

The staff is very knowledgeable and thoughtful -i arrived on crutches because of a resent knee surgery - they very were accommodating and kind.
