I loved my experience at Epi Crnter. They were very knowledgeable and up to date on all the current treatments. I only wish they had a monthly membership program, similar to those which are commonly offered at other medspas.

I thought Jasmine was very good and thorough.
When calling to arrange an appt. I had a number of iquestions, with 3 different phone calls someone was supposed to call me back and never did.

Waited 20 minutes before Melissa found me in back lounge. She didn't seem to know where I was. I finally went out to ask and she then found me.
Esthetician who did my fillers, Minela, was professional, has a lovely personality, very pleased with results.

The actual procedure was good (cool sculpt), but the initial interactions when I first checked in left a sour taste. There was not anyone to check in for some time. I was waiting outside for some time. It started a little late. The appointment information said to come 10 minutes early to enjoy spa amenities, but I wasn't offered any. I filled out a questionnaire, then to have the first person just ask me the same questions on the questionnaire. She also didn't know who I was, what I was coming in for, or have any information about me that was already available before seeing me. I didn't understand the point of the first person. Anyway, the actual procedure was fine. Lauren was nice and warm. I'm looking forward to results.
