kept me waiting a long time. After prep none room, told me I'd have to go back to the waiting room for a while. Didn't really want to do that given the way I looked. She said she could put me into another room to wait and told me to go into a room down the hall. A client was lying on the table in there. Then they told me to go into another room to wait, but then someone came out of the treatment room and said they were ready for me. The treatment was fine. Given that I had previously had a photo facial on my arms which burned them and caused

permanent damage, I was a little wary, but once I got the treatment it was fine.

When I scheduled the appointment, they told me it was for 4:30pm. When I arrived, the receptionist said my appointment was at 4:45pm. If you want clients to come early to fill out paperwork, just say that. Be accurate. I had arrived at 4:15pm anyway because I anticipate paperwork at any first visit with a doctor.

Then there was a huge delay. It was around 5:10pm when my appointment finally started. If they had told me the real appointment time, this would have been less problematic. But since they didn't, I'd been sitting in the waiting room for 55 minutes. Not a good use of anyone's time.

Everyone I dealt with was really nice, and one of the folks in the reception area apologized for the wait. I appreciated that. But Epi Center needs to tighten up the scheduling operations.
