If you want a platinum pixie undercut, Roman is who you want to see. He has the perfect combination worked out to get a white with no yellow while leaving your hair feeling soft and shiny. No damage. He also does a fantastic job with the undercut. I love my hair every time!! Thanks Roman.

Skyrokh is a fantastic Salon! I am greeted with a warm smile and pleasant conversation every time I come in! Roman is an exceptional stylist! I have changed my hair style several times with the changing seasons, and with the hot new trends, and he has proven his abilities with each change! Also, ask for a hand massage from Sky when you are getting a shampoo, worth it!!! Thanks Skyrokh!

If I was rating just my hair color experience with Amber it would be 5. However there were other factors in the salon that were negative and strange. The younger male stylists loud and incessant conversation he had was just mind boggling. He seems to be unaware how loud he is but based on how the conversation was all about him he probably doesn’t care how loud he is. Other people in the salon also noticed it and were talking about it. Several people. This is not the first time this has happened or I wouldn’t write about it. He is like this every time I am there and he is there. Then after his client left he starts walking around with his motorcycle helmet on before he then left. He walked around inside with his helmet on! This is just strange behavior.

Felt welcomed. This office has a lot of new staff; many of the old staff retired or left. Whenever I’ve had my teeth previously cleaned, the previous hygienists would clean my bridge with a special thread and the cleaning was really thorough. The new hygienists was very nice, but her skills are not up to par to the old one. The cleaning was not as good as the prior ones. Hoping with experience, new staff will get better and more thorough. It was still a really good experience. Just some honest feedback to the new staff.

Dr. David Epstein and Dr. Nikita Vakil

David Epstein, DDS, is a native of The Woodlands and a graduate of the John Cooper School. After receiving his BS in neuroscience from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee, Dr. Epstein spent a few days at Woodlands Dental Group observing Dr. David Ryder while he was deciding how to proceed with graduate school. Seeing the day-to-day experiences of a dentist inspired Dr. Epstein to study dentistry at the State University of New York in Buffalo, taking the first step on a path that eventually led him back to his beloved home in the Woodlands. As a dental student, Dr. Epstein spent time volunteering in areas where a lack of access to dental care was a major problem, including Appalachia and The Dominican Republic. This volunteer work showed him how acutely poor dental health can impact a person's overall quality of life and clarified the emotional and spiritual rewards of dental practice. So profound was his volunteering experience that he continues the practice every Friday at the Interfaith Community Clinic, an organization dedicated to improving the wellbeing of our community by providing healthcare services to qualified, uninsured individuals in need. Dr. Epstein is honored to be part of the practice that inspired his love for dentistry and helping his hometown friends and neighbors keep their smiles in great shape for a lifetime of health.
