I'm continually surprised that a 1-man practice can offer such comprehensive and convenient care, such as in-house treatments and diagnostics which save customers time & money. The excellence of the care is of course the main reason I keep coming back. Whether it's been good news or bad re my cat's health, I've felt great confidence that I'm getting a truly accurate diagnosis, and the best recommendations for care. Dr Green seems to keep up on the latest research, and has probably saved me a ton of money & agony over the last few years by knowing how to treat my newly-diabetic cat with diet rather than getting him insulin-dependent. Every staff member is friendly, helpful, and gentle to the animals. And -- this is just a my perception -- but I've been to vet practices that feel very dog-centric, like the vets and staff are mainly dog lovers and cats are just furry extras to them. I love dogs too but I do think cats get better care when they're seen as (if you'll excuse the expression) real people by the caregivers, and this practice definitely does give that feeling.
