Met Dr. Romano today, he was patient and kind to my dog despite his vet anxiety he graciously answered all of my questions and assuaged some of my concerns about my dogs care.

Since we weren't allowed to go inside Dr Romano called us and was very thorough going over Mia's health. He took his time answering questions we had. We didn't feel rushed and considering we weren't inside with Mia we felt she received the best care by Dr Romano.

The office is run well under the circumstances of covid. The staff is helpful and polite. The Drs. are kind, considerate and patient with our animals.

Unable to go into the hospital because of COVID restrictions, I felt they did a tremendous job. Everyone was very friendly and the Dr. Doherty did a great job at explaining everything and making sure I was comfortable with the outcomes. She also was willing to answer any questions I had.
