As always Dr. Romano and his staff are attentive and efficient when you visit the office. During this difficult time of managing patients and owners during this pandemic they have not missed a beat! My family sadly lost two dogs in the last 7 months and we are so grateful to have had the Sleepy Hollow family help us through it.

My wife and I are first-time dog owners. From our first phone call to our clinic visit, everyone was super friendly and patient with us. The staff is knowledgeable and our time with the doctor was not rushed at all. We felt great and confident after our visit.

My kitty is doing well after dental surgery and I am grateful. The pandemic makes the process of starting with a new vet difficult. One receptionist was great and another receptionist gave me erroneous information. I think this practice is having a bit of trouble adjusting to the pandemic, but I liked the vets - both of them -_ and the vet techs were very helpful and informative. And most importantly, my cat was well taken care of.

Dr. Romano's advice on everything from food to medications is helping me navigate all the issues that can come up with my 2 older cats. With his knowledge and patience, I feel confident that I'm helping them stay healthier and happier. The entire staff also keeps everything stress free for both pets and their parents.

The vet techs were very patient in training me how to give fluids to my cat by myself at home. Without the advice and suggestions they took the time to give me, I never would be able to accomplish this with a cat who tends to be a little uncooperative with this procedure.
