I saw Dr. Pollack a couple of days ago after years (and I mean YEARS!!!) of being terrified to see a dentist. I had a broken tooth and was in excruciating pain!

The moment I met Dr. Pollack I knew I was in the right place!

I received treatment the same day for that tooth, and now I have a treatment plan to move forward, which sounds so much easier than I thought it would! I’m actually looking forward to getting my dental health back on track! No more worrying and no more dreading the dentist!

I was overwhelmed by the kindness, understanding and professionalism from both Dr. Pollack and her staff!

They denied me service over a balance that is incorrect. Spoke to Tanya after the incident on the phone and she stated our balance was not at all what the front desk girl told us. We have been at sloans lake dental for 13 years and because of this incident We are moving our service somewhere else.

Well I do like the practice and everyone is very nice in person, they really lack when it comes to communication. They might briefly fill you in on a procedure you need but they won’t tell you how it’s done, what the benefits are, billing for it (they will go over what it cost and what their estimate of insurance will cover but it’s almost always incorrect and you end up having to pay more), after care, etc. They have especially been lacking in communication with their Invisalign patients, who are usually paying full price $5-6k. They won’t reach out to patients at all and if you have a question regarding anything (such as when your Invisalign order is coming in or regarding billing or payments), you have to be the proactive person reaching out Several times to find out information. You also almost never get to actually see the dentist and when you do, they really don’t communicate how your treatment is going, what the next steps are, how they think it’s going, etc. Also they are constantly switching out dental staff, and someone you might like or used to is gone the next time. I’m really torn because they are really nice, but their lack of communication and care for patients makes me dread going (and I’m basically stuck until my Invisalign treatment is done).

Very friendly. Had to wait 45 minutes for my appt, but afterward it went smoothly. There was some hardcore rap playing in the waiting room. Enjoyed it, but surprising. Like a dance club dental office.
