They are consummate professionals. Pricing was competitive, quality of product was excellent, and you would be hard pressed to find better workmanship anywhere. I had some garage cabinet when I moved into the home, what they added was markedly better than the ones that were there. The old ones looked acceptable, the new ones are far superior.

They were timely, considerate, and worked fast. I only wish I had more space to build out in the garage.

Smart Systems put in overhead garage racks, garage cabinets and epoxy garage floors. I am not only very happy with the product and craftmanship I have enjoyed all the people I have interacted with - Pat, Vernon, Alison and Pauline. Great people, great product!

I can only speak for my experience with the two men who did my garage, Ronnie and Jimmy. They were awesome, walking me through the process and explaining what would happen on each day. They also had to move a heavy filing cabinet out of the garage and onto my patio and they did it without hesitation as I had no one else who could. Ronnie even came back on his own time to put it back in the garage several days later.

I can't recommend them highly enough. It was a really good experience and my garage floor looks fabulous. Smart Systems is fortunate to have them working for the company..

The job looks pretty good. The installer showed up and did not have the right supplies. He wanted to leave and re schedule. He called the salesman who made the error on the paperwork and he brought it over.

Installer showed up early (7:15am) with no advance phone call as promised by sales & office staff. Cranked his music from a constructin radio at 7:30 AM with garage doors wide open - I'm sure my neighbours were impressed! I had ordered back door handles and he mistakenly brought chrome - in the end I was good with the chrome. Installer didn't have enough black caulking to complete the job and wasn't real keen about returning due to traffic, residence location and next day a Saturday. I said I would finish it but "for this kind of money " unprofessional! His work & install was quick & efficient and the cabinets due look very good.
