My issues are with the dental staff. I had an 8 AM dentist appointment this morning. I went in to find a sign on the door stating they were closed because of covid-19. I completely understand that. However, I was never notified that the were closed and in fact had received 3 messages confirming my appointment for today since March 17th! Today is the 31st. The sign on the door says they would be closed from March 20th until further notice. My husband had to call out of work to watch my kids today, for absolutely no reason. This was extremely irresponsible of the staff of this dentistry, as a call or text should have been sent out to patients with appointments in the month of March, that they would be closed. Very disappointed! Waiting for a call back because I did just call and left a message.
Please please please, save yourself the stress and find another dentistry! I’ve had 2 issues with staff communication. I would write it all down, but it honestly will just infuriate me even more as I write it down. Just take my advice, I NEVER leave reviews, (good or bad), but I just had to this time. If I can save even one person from going here I’d feel better. Just keep looking, I know it’s annoying looking for a provider in network, but communicating with the staff here will be 100x worse.
