I have said more than once that my husband and my accounts should be separate. I was not happy to be greeted with "we need to talk about your bill". There was an issue that my husband had been working with Sylvia on and not sure where the miscommunication was, but she was confronting me on it. It is not my issue, it is my husband's. The office waits way too long to deal with billing issues. By the time they contact you with a past due amount it was for so long ago you have no idea what it was for. Billing needs to be more timely.
I was also disappointed that I specifically asked when I made my appt 6 months prior if Dr Faulkner would be in since my last cleaning where I had the dr visit was not a good one (new hygienist who did not tell him in time I was there). I was told when I got there that Dr Faulkner had to leave early. I did not want to see the other dentist as he does not have same philosophy as Dr Faulkner. I know things happen and I am not mad, just disappointed. I commute to Tampa for work so it is not easy for me to be flexible and come back. I would have rather been contacted to reschedule. Neeta Petal did a great job with the cleaning.
I do love this office but a few things continue to bother me.
