The Dentist are excellent, with great communication skills and when necessary explain all options and in the end allow you to make the decision on the procedure to be used. The staff are all professional, kind and will help every patient in all questions. I like Smile Design Dentistry most because I feel relaxed before and after my appointment.

This dental group was the one we used for my two daughters initial visit on Medicare's United Healthcare policy. First visit all the steps needed & costs were set & in writing. Oldest of the two had to see a periodontist before the group would even do any other evaluation. They did not furnish to me or the periodontist I found the x-rays they had taken. Medicare would only pay for one set. Second daughter went back for her next appointment & a partial cleaning was done (they did half her mouth) amount to be charged did not match quote. I questioned that & was told that a step was left out but it was their fault & I would not be charged that extra amount. Came back for next treatment which was quoted as a root canal or a crown was not sure which was being done first as both had been put on the list to be done. While she was in the office they decided to pull the tooth & came asked if that was ok. I know the insurance covers removal so I agreed. A few minutes later they came back out to let me know that it would cost almost $300. I said NO & left the office after being told that they had given me all the prices up front. I still have the paper with the prices & no there was no tooth removal on that list. This was the tooth that was to have a root canal but that Dentist had left between one appointment & the next so they didn't even have anyone who could do the root canal! I had asked before when the appointment was set up what the price was going to be & was told this one was covered by insurance so $300 was a shock! I felt as though I was lied to & was being extorted for money when my daughter was getting a covered treatment. They added in things that were not covered just so they could charge! Now ever since that day when I walked out & they had done nothing other than sit her in the back & decide that they could not do the treatment we came in for they have been sending me a bill for $19 at first & now $24. This is for the step that they had left out & told me I would not be charged for although I am sure that they were planning to add it onto the next cleaning which she never had. Had they been honest & upfront none of this would have been so bad but as it stood they changed prices after treatment & changed treatment after appointment was set. Adding almost $300 for pulling a tooth that could have been pulled by another dentist without any insurance for about the same price? That was totally unexceptional!

tried to sell me a SPECIAL price if I HAD THE PROCEDURE DONE by the end of the month..I went for another opinion to a different dentist and he indicated I didn't;t evened the

they diagnosed a dental problem as a $7000 procedure but with a SPECIAL PRICE of close to $5000 if I had it done within two weeks b the end of the month.. went to another dentist for a second opinion.. he indicated two weeks of antibiotics should clear up the. problem it did.. total cost under $200....more than six months later not problem at all... so glad I got a second opinion..

HORRIBLE!!!! My appointment was 11:30 by 1:30 I was still in the chair after waiting and waiting and waiting. Was only getting X-rays done as a new patient. A ridiculous procedure of X-rays and checking gums and jaw structure, Waiting 20 minutes between each procedure was RUDE and thoughtless of my time.

Staff was very friendly, Sarah is my main reason for still using this location, she is so good at making you comfortable and talking you though the procedure. She's the BEST.
