Pleased with staff. Confused with evaluation Information . Previous doctor evaluation stated I had three cavities. This evaluation stated I had no active cavities??? Need an explanation!

I adore the personnel that work at this office. Everyone is friendly, professional and welcoming. I was a bit disappointed with my cleaning on this trip. I don't believe each tooth was cleaned with the machine (I don't know the proper name for it), and in addition, there was no flossing after the polishing was done. That was a first for me. The hygienist was very nice and was probably preoccupied with upcoming personal events.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Smile Design. There were some areas that could be improved. I filled out my information online, but when I arrived I was told that the front office only received a blank document. I know this is a computer error and not a person's fault, but the system the office uses may need to be updated.

When I was getting x-rays of my teeth the metal on the devices that I bit onto dug into my mouth and was uncomfortable. Other than that the service was great and friendly.

My whole life I have had a crippling fear of the dentist and would only go when I was in so much pain I had no choice. I knew I was going to need an appt soon because my molars were starting to crack off pieces of tooth when I would eat. I looked online at reviews of local dentists and I liked what I had read about Dr. Stoici and Smile Design. I made an appt. and boy, I was NOt disappointed! They are everything people say, and more. The front desk staff, especially Jessie, is super nice and put you at ease right away. The dental hygienists are awesome and listen when you tell them that you have some sensitive spots in your mouth. The dental assts. are super sweet, esp. Danielle! I love this girl. No one has ever made me feel more at ease. And then there''s Dr. Stoici, totally professional,non judgemental and an all around great guy. He put me at ease too. I actually like going there! I tell all my friends about them. They are an awesome group of people!

The entire staff (Dr. Stoici, Shon, Jesse, Danielle), dentist, receptionist, dental hygienist are friendly, efficient and proficient. I highly recommend this office!!!
