Recommended 12 unnecessary proceedures. 2nd opinion showed only needed a filling not a bunch of crowns and root canals. Tried to charge my family for procedures never done and product we declined. Refused to fix a tooth they messed up. Kinda glad though or I might have believed we needed the over $10,000 worth of work they said we had to have done. Dr. Koren is a money hungry liar. Guess he doesn't know the decree, " FIRST DO NO HARM"!

Lets see where should I begin, first my caps fell off I had to pay for 2 of the 3 all over again,.with another dentist!

Then on top of that I get billed for my cleaning when you were supposed to follow insurance rate, nothing special about the cleaning!

I was very pleased with my first visit to Smile Design Sand Lake. Dr. Koren explained everything about my check-up

and future treatments. The staff was very attentive and Angela, the hygienist did great painless cleaning.

the staff was great! very professional, but the doctor who attended my son was very disappointing. She had no patience at all with my 4 year old who was trying to cooperate. the 2 assistants who attended my kids before her were GREAT! with my kids.

Went in their office in a lot of pain with no appointment. They somehow squeezed me in and did their best to help. Friendly atmosphere and staff and would recommend them to everyone at anytime.
