I did not have a regular dentist. I called Dr. Porter's office and they got me in the same day. I ended up having a wisdom tooth pulled. They were so friendly and were genuinely concerned with what was causing my pain. They went over my insurance and options before doing the procedure. I will definitely returning for my next appointment in just a few days. They go over with you what you need done, the out of pocket costs, and let you decide how to procede instead of just doing it and telling you later.

This time I went to Dr. Porter for a piece of tooth the protruded through the side of my gum. I called right after they opened. I got an appointment for that afternoon.
When I signed in I was taken right back. I was there no longer than 30 minutes. Dr. Porter removed the small piece of tooth and I was on my way! I have said it before and will say it again. The staff up front does a great job. The staff in back does a great job. Dr. Porter does a great job! I have always hated going to the dentist, but he crew here is fantastic A+++++ to all. Look forward to seeing you guys Novemeber 5.

My son loves Dr.Porter and his staff. They are very freindly and professional. I've used almost every dentist in Marshall county at one time or another and he is by far the best! We will keep going there!

DR. PORTER IS A WONDERFUL DENTIST, WITH A WONDERFUL STAFF. DOCTOR PORTER AND HIS STAFF STAYED WITH ME IN THE OFFICE UNTIL 7 PM TO EXTRACT 3 TEETH THAT WERE KILLING ME. THERE AREN'T ANY OTHER DENTISTS THAT WOULD DO THAT. THANK YOU SO MUCH SMILES BY DESIGN. I WOULD RECOMMEND DR. PORTER AND STAFF TO EVERYONE I KNOW!!!!!!

My children have never been nervous about going to your office...even when they were little! Your staff is always friendly & make us feel like family. I will never, ever forget Dr. Porter coming in when he was sick to treat Dex when he chipped his front tooth. I felt so bad when I learned he was returning my call from his doctor's office but Dr. Porter was adamant the he see Dex that day. It is that level of commitment and caring is what keeps us driving from Southside!

Took my other two children for their appointment yesterday and while we had to reschedule at the last minute which we hated had to happen, when we got in for the rescheduled appointment, the kids were treated like royalty. Love the service here!
