I wish I could give it 3.5 stars.
I was impressed by the location and the demeanor of the office staff. I was very pleased that the office staff talked me through any charges I had as well as discussed and made sure I was aware of any possible future charges and how they worked with my insurance. It was relieving to not be handed a piece of paper with a dollar figure and have to figure it out on my own.
I was also pleased with my oral examination. The lady was quick and efficient and very descriptive with the processes she was taking. It was nice to have an understanding of what was going on while she was doing it.
The only disappointing part of my visit was my interaction with Dr. Faycurry himself. I was expecting a more professional, and personal, encounter. Perhaps my expectations were too high or that with future visits this will improve. I was exceedingly disappointed that the doctor didn't seem to care who he was talking to (me) and that it was more or less just another mouth to work on.
I've given the doctor the benefit of the doubt in that he may have been quite busy with other things on his mind. I have schedule future appointments and look for these things to improve with time.
