I was very impressed with Dr. Sims dental Knowledge, I dd not feel rushed, he took ample time to explain all issues. The hygienist was amazing as well. She did a wonderful cleaning, gave me some important tips as well. I am very pleased and will continue to use this dentist. Also, the office manager was very professional, knowledgeable and kind.

They have completely lost my trust. My first initial visit was in March. I got a x-ray done with a quote of what would be required to be done. I scheduled a visit in September to start on completing my fillings. I specifically called to speak to the receptionist before booking an appointment and specifically told her that I would only want to make an appointment and complete work only on what my insurance would cover. She agreed and said, we can do that but I would still have a copay. I went ahead and booked an appointment knowing that I would only have a copay for the few that was covered. After the appointment I had over a $300 bill and was mailed another bill for $150. I was completely blind sided and lied too and feel betrayed. Especially knowing that after my appointment (3 weeks later) that I have pain when chewing on the right side where my fillings were done.

Dr Sims is always on point and has an excellent staff. I wouldn't consider anyone else to handle my dental care

Dr. Sims and his staff were very friendly and kind. Dr. Sims is very knowledgeable about his profession and does everything in his will to educate patients about their teeth. I definitely will be back.
