This practice is awesome! Very accommodating of your schedule, Doctor set up a remote conference to discuss ortho treatment after normal business hours, which worked perfectly for us. Clear expectations, very friendly and patient care focus. Highly recommended!

The work they do on teeth for ortho is outstanding but their ability to manage their time with people is awful. They are never on time

As one of the longest standing private pediatric dental practices left in Connecticut, Smiles prides itself on the warm, caring, long-lasting relationships we have built along the way. We keep a patient care focus resulting at times, despite our efforts to stay on scheduled time, to run a little late. Especially working with our ortho kids, we never lose sight that we are changing smiles one patient at a time. We work extra hard to make sure we do everything possible, including taking extra time to answer questions if needed, to ensure the best outcomes. Though perhaps other ortho practices may be more about focusing on the total number of patients they can work through quickly, we focus on the quality of the time spent with ours.

The best pediatric dental office ever! Our first appointment with my one year old and she was given all the patience and care. My three year old has been a patient and at our most recent visit she rocked her big girl cleaning with all the confidence to sit by herself! The building of a relationship early on has been the best gift to making these appointments a great experience for mom and littles. We love Smiles!
