I asked their office staff twice (when I made the appointment and when I arrived for the appt) if they took my insurance and was told yes. I also gave them my insurance card at the beginning of the appointment. I was later billed several hundred dollars for the exam, cleaning and x-rays because they don't actually take my insurance. After calling and writing to complain, I received a letter offering a free cleaning (which I will not pursue as my cleaning there was poorly executed - I don't usually mind my cleanings every 4-6 months but the hygienist made it awkward and uncomfortable).

Finally, after getting opinions from 2 other dentists, I found out the problem tooth was misdiagnosed by Dr. Fung and the proposed treatment plan incorrect. The staff here seems nice but incompetent and I'm glad I went elsewhere for further treatment. It was an expensive lesson to learn!

All persons in the office were a lot more relaxed then my previous visit 6 months ago. The new people in the office were efficient and the doctor seemed happier, relaxed, comfortable and more socialable then I have seen her in years.

cleaning my teeth and educating me on the importance of daily and routine (every three months)cleaning to keep the teeth and gum tissue healthy. I was very impressed with her expertise and caring. I will and would recommend Lisa/ DDS Fung's office to everyone !

You will not beat the service you get at Designing Smiles. They think of everything! I had very high anxiety when it came to dental appointments. So much so I didn't go for 5 years. A friend recommended Dr. Fung and Designing Smiles and I'm back to visiting the dentist every 6 months like clockwork. I highly recommend Designing Smiles!
