I asked their office staff twice (when I made the appointment and when I arrived for the appt) if they took my insurance and was told yes. I also gave them my insurance card at the beginning of the appointment. I was later billed several hundred dollars for the exam, cleaning and x-rays because they don't actually take my insurance. After calling and writing to complain, I received a letter offering a free cleaning (which I will not pursue as my cleaning there was poorly executed - I don't usually mind my cleanings every 4-6 months but the hygienist made it awkward and uncomfortable).
Finally, after getting opinions from 2 other dentists, I found out the problem tooth was misdiagnosed by Dr. Fung and the proposed treatment plan incorrect. The staff here seems nice but incompetent and I'm glad I went elsewhere for further treatment. It was an expensive lesson to learn!
