I had to switch because my insurance changed and unfortunatley was not impressed with the office.
First I was upset because they have a policy if I did not call back and confirm, my already made appt, they cancelled the appt. I then had to reschedule.
I was however very pleased with the hygenist and dentist. I found it strange that no where on the web or any advertisements does it list other dentist than the owner. I feel they are why patients come back, and should be recognized.
Second, I was upset that there were camera's in the room and was not notified that I may be filmed without my concent. I don't feel this makes for a very good work envirnment either. Just my opinion but it seems more like the owner doesn't trust his staff or his patients and is more concerned about himself than anyone else.

Thank you for your candid feedback. We are always striving to make the patient experience the very best it can be. We are happy to hear that you liked your experience with your doctor and your hygienist.
In response to your comments about our confirmation policy of having to contact us by text, email, or phone in order for your appointment to be held, we do reserve the appointment time you request especially for you. We send emails, text messages, and leave a voicemail if you do not answer. Our message clearly states that if you do not respond to our attempts to reach you, we will offer the appointment to another patient who may have been waiting to get in to see us and who also may be in pain. With everyone's fast-paced lifestyles these days, sometimes our patients forget about their appointments. The only way we have of determining whether or not a patient will honor the appointment that they originally reserved is by them contacting us to verify that they will in fact be here at the date and time they reserved.
In response to your comment about the fact that all of our doctors are not listed on our website, we are in the process of updating the site and Dr. Driskill and Dr. Schlee should be posted soon. Sorry for the delay.
In response to your comment about not being informed that our facility has security cameras, actually that is not true. The new patient form that you signed when you arrived clearly states, "I understand all procedures in this office may be audio-visually recorded for security and training purposes." As you know, almost all businesses, even the smallest ones, now have security cameras, including all hospitals. This protects you, the patient, as well as the business. It has nothing to do with distrusting the staff or the patients.
