A very friendly and highly competent staff took care of me from the get-go. They listened attentively to all the issues I wanted addressed and they quickly devised the gameplan for how they would approach and prioritize the repairs needed. A lot of experience (three generations worth) guiding me.

I got a call from Scott detailing what they had found and what was needed. When I picked up the car, Scott explained everything they did and that they were really happy with how it turned out. If THEY were happy, I was going to be thrilled. Not only was I thrilled but I was shocked that the final bill was actually under his first estimate. How often do you see that these days? I also got a new set of Goodyear tires that included a substantial rebate and they handled ALL the paperwork! Not only that but Diane also set me up with a Goodyear credit card with very liberal financing and a larger tire rebate! She did all the work!

So now I'm driving what feels like a new car again. Tires are awesome and the suspension is not only quiet again but it handles like a dream. Great inspection (with some pics) with the oil change, too! Everything fixed!!

Competent, experienced and conscientious techs working with friendly and skilled service writers supported by a hard-working office staff. You cannot get anything better anywhere else.

The reservoir on my new radiator was hanging loose and empty when I checked the day after my service. Looks like they didn't even finish my job

Nice. Always professional and through. Never been upsold on anything. They do the work listed. The trouble-shooting inspection system works very well on my older car. Also, they don't mind Subaru!
