Vet took her time, answered all questions, explained everything carefully and clearly. Very pleased with that

But do not like my dog being taken to another room to be given a simple injection. She should not have been stressed by this happening, I am quite capable of holding my own dog for this and she would have been more comfortable, and not upset for quite awhile after. She now gets upset every time we just drive past the office!

This should not be, as she is a very east going, very calm dog except for getting near the Vet's Office!!

Debating if I will return or use another vet here in the valley that I know does not separate the animal and owner unless necessary!

I am very protective when it comes to my furbabies. Ella is my baby girl, so upon realizing that I have to take her in for dental cleaning, to say the least I was petrified. The staff at Smith was informative caring and sensitive two my emotions. I would recommend them for all your pets needs!

Very happy with service. All procedures explained well and all questions answered. Everyone very nice and helpful. Easy to get appt. Dr. Sara is wonderful and lets us know what needs to be addressed now and what can wait if necessary.
