Had another teeth cleaning performed. As usual, everyone was friendly, sincere and informative. Received a text message reminding me of appointment a couple of days ahead of time. Appreciated that message and Smudde's not inundating me with fifteen of them for the same appointment. Appointment was on time, waiting area quiet and clean. The receptionists and dental hygienists are excellent and I felt my time was well spent. The doctor was also excellent, a breath of fresh air from other dentists I have visited. I drive from out of town to this dental office and find it to be well worth the drive. I'm almost tempted to write a bad review just so I can have this place to myself. However, the folks here wouldn't deserve it and I have never had a problem getting timely appointments. Highly Recommend!!

FIRST time EVER bad experience in three years of my attendance with Wabash Valley Animal Hospital.. both of my dogs were scared very afraid and DID NOT like your new vet on staff - they are never unfriendly with anyone whiched caused me concern and caused them to be unresponsive and uncooperative TOTALLY out of the normal ESPECIALLY for my sweet girl Nina (I am STILL totally frazzled by this). Going forward if I experience this again I will ask for a different doctor... not trying to offend anyone.
