Your staff and customer service has been excellent! My complaint is that it’s taken over four years to correct my teeth with Invisalign. I feel like someone has dropped the ball and isn’t being real honest with me. At this point, I know that they are making every effort to get me to smile that I signed up for. It’s just a shame it’s taking so long.

Not happy they put ina. New wire and left it sticking out, my daughter was in pain and they wouldn’t take her in to fix it! Not happy with the service.

Was told that my Invisalign treatment ended in February and would not be able to continue without paying more money. It’s been 5 years and my teeth are still not where they should be. I have 2 gaps between teeth that constantly catch food, one tooth that has still not turned properly, and my bite is off. I was told by Dr. Crowder that the treatment would take 18 months. Since then we have been in a pandemic, where treatment was postponed; and have had 3 new orthodontists, all with different opinions. I had asked on several occasions to apply brackets in place of Invisalign, since it was not working and was advised against it. It is not my fault that my teeth have not been corrected and I don’t feel I should have to pay more money to complete the treatment. While expressing my disappointment to the new orthodontist on my last visit, another patient’s mother overheard the conversation and complained that her daughter has been there for 5 years as well, with similar problems.

With Covid I’d prefer a private room vs shared room with other patients with their mouths open. I’ve never been in a communal dentist room.
