daughter's appointment was canceled by Snow Orthodontics but was not notified..they charge us if we miss an appointment without notice so we should be able to charge them also

Not happy with the scheduling, we had a appointment on August 26th and they said the computers were down so they couldn't schedule the next appointments well my Daughter had another appointment on September 16th and they said they couldn't get her in until November 11th, thats a long way. Next month she will have her braces on for 3 yesrs, it was only supposed to be 2 in a half years they told me in the beginning.
