I went to the Lancaster office for my first appointment yesterday and had a really good experience, all of the workers were kind,gentle, and worked well. When I got home I had a bumper broke right away I went back and no questions asked they repaired it. Later that day a bracket and the other bumper broke and I called and the woman over the phone, Maria, was very kind and told me I could go to the Palmdale office the next morning and said she would alert the staff of my arrival because the Lancaster office was near closing that day. Upon arrival to the Palmdale office I checked in and everything was fine they said they would take me soon. Ten minutes passed and a different employee than the original woman I checked in with approached me and questioned why I was there and said there was a long wait and if I wasn't in pain then I should leave which was fine, but strange because Maria (the woman from the phone) encouraged me to go back and get my things fixed from the previous day. So I found the woman who approached me ( at the Palmdale office) a little rude, but my experience at the Lancaster office was amazing and everyone at that office were nothing but kind, patient, and attentive.
