The staff is very friendly and very nice, but I keep having to go back in between appointments due to bracket or wire problems. My daughter just had her braces done at the end of May, the very next day a bracket broke... For her next regular appointment they fixed it... But then a few days later the wire was poking her so I had to bring her in... now today she's having problems with her wire yet again so I will need to bring her in as a walk in once more... this is starting to be a concern because she had braces before elsewhere and not once did she have this type of problems.

I went to the Lancaster office for my first appointment yesterday and had a really good experience, all of the workers were kind,gentle, and worked well. When I got home I had a bumper broke right away I went back and no questions asked they repaired it. Later that day a bracket and the other bumper broke and I called and the woman over the phone, Maria, was very kind and told me I could go to the Palmdale office the next morning and said she would alert the staff of my arrival because the Lancaster office was near closing that day. Upon arrival to the Palmdale office I checked in and everything was fine they said they would take me soon. Ten minutes passed and a different employee than the original woman I checked in with approached me and questioned why I was there and said there was a long wait and if I wasn't in pain then I should leave which was fine, but strange because Maria (the woman from the phone) encouraged me to go back and get my things fixed from the previous day. So I found the woman who approached me ( at the Palmdale office) a little rude, but my experience at the Lancaster office was amazing and everyone at that office were nothing but kind, patient, and attentive.

They are apparently not used to parents asking questions about their child's treatment plan. There was a tone of irritation and frustration from the orthodontist, Rashi something was his name. For our consultation he didn't want to give clear answers about my child's teeth and when I politely persisted with my question. He was mad and irritated that I didn't accept his vague answers. We waited 45 minutes for our consultation and he acted as though he didn't have time for us. Last time I checked, we are the clients and I am the one paying $4,800 for my child's braces. Even if I wanted to ask if her braces gave her anti-gravity capabilities, he should be able to answer that question seriously and precisely. My questions were reasonable and they shouldn't have been hard to answer. I'm not the expert so I'm going to ask questions. I'm going to give this location one more chance and if I see the same irritation I will be trying the Palmdale location. If that doesn't work I'm taking my business elsewhere.
