Front staff is friendly, whoever the female was that speaks to you about finances isnt especially when you question what they are charging you. And being charged $890 for "records" which isn't covered by insurance is a joke when what they call records are X-rays and pictures during treatment, which I know X-rays needed for treatment are covered by insurance so taking those pictures they are charging $890 is ridiculous and of course it's not covered because it's not necessary, but don't question them if you don't want her whole demeanor to change.

bad service from the receptionist. They left a very large wired in my braces It hurt a lot I couldn't eat or open my mouth and the receptionist didn't want me to be seen. She wanted to make an appointment for 3 weeks from now I couldn't wait that long because of the pain that the wired, that was an emergency for me and his attitude was very bad
