This was my daughters first visit to place spacer bands on her back teeth. Our appointment was just before office closing. We left with her having one band on one side and two on the other. After about fifteen minutes, the single band on one side popped off and she swallowed it. The office was closed and the answering service was able to locate someone still in the office after hours. We had to drive back to have the correct two bands placed. Since over the weekend you are closed, this situation, had it not been able to be resolved, would have pushed everything out for us in terms of starting.

What I’m disappointed with for this practice is the lack of evening and/or weekend hours. Given that many appointments per your policy require long daytime visits in which a child will miss school, this makes things very difficult for families that work AND commute. Please consider adding or changing hours to better accommodate your clients.
