You walk in the door and Jordan, the Director of First Impressions, greets you by name. Next you are politely usher to your care assistant, Christian, and then I also was the doctor as well this visit. You are treated in such a way that you feel welcomed and valued.

I spent time with Christian, who is personable, polite and a good listener. He addressed my concerns and made me realize that I was in good hands.

Consistently annoyed every time I walk into this place because of this ignorance and racial microagressions. Been here two years too many. Never a simple visit. Always some drama, whether it’s a staff freaking out on me cussing me out over covid anxiety or them questioning if I’m actually pregnant because I refused an X ray. The behavior is always excused by management. It’s not what I payed $5k for. I wish I would have read the bad reviews before I came here because they are consistently the same complaints especially more recently with patient treatment in regards to not booking appointments during covid. Couldn’t obtain a retainer because they weren’t taking appointments? Well you’re expected to use the same tray for months then pay for another Invisalign treatment because they have no sympathy for outside circumstances despite them always wanting you to have sympathy in regards to several months between appointments and poor service. Go elsewhere for your own sake (maybe even just another location)
