I brought my daughter to Snow Ortho because I received great care with the company (particularly the Palmdale office) a few years ago. Santa Clarita office... not so much. I regretfully decided to bring my child in for a consultation, and am now very disappointed. Their xray machine was down, which I am completely understanding about, but there was no follow through from their treatment coordinator Jennifer. I called several times and left messages for Jennifer last week, because I was told as soon as their Xray machine was back up and working, they could call us to schedule a follow up appointment. Xrays were necessary in our case to get a final recommendation for treatment from the doctor.
I followed up to ask the receptionist if the xray machine was fixed, and she confirmed that the machine had been up and working the very next day. I was excited and said okay great I'll wait for for call back. I waited thinking, Jennifer might call later in the day or the next day... crickets... I called again the next day and left a message before noon (Jennifer was at lunch) asking for a call back to reschedule..... never called back. I called their general CS number yesterday (3rd day in a row calling), told the woman what was going on, and only then was told that if I want I can schedule an appointment through her. I'm annoyed that I have to call over and over to give them my business. It's ridiculous, and it's terrible customer service on Jennifer's part. Will not return, do not recommend. When you are charging thousands of dollars for your services, you need to have much better customer service.
