On 11/30, I took my dog Gordo back to SHVH after about a 2 year absence, where he went to another vet. Gordo has frequent ear infections and skin issues and those visits were extremely stressful and traumatic for him.
I decided to come back to SHVH. They took wonderful, gentle care of my other dog Fox, up until his passing. Gordo needed that gentle care.
His gentle care started when it was time to get weighed and he wagged his tail the whole time. The tech (Sam) was great with him, interacted with him. Even waiting for Dr C, he was quiet and relaxed." In short, the entire visit was just without stress for Gordo.
Sorry for being so long-winded. I just wanted to really let you know how much your gentle, hands-on makes a difference for this little dog.

ZSAZSA loves coming. All of the Staff is very Professional, & so nice, & patient. Very Caring. I wouldn't take my Dog anywhere else. We've been coming since over 13 Years now. I even Board her here if I have to.

Our cat does not like the vet and the team and Society Hill Vets was incredibly patient and understanding with him. They took it slow and stopped when he got upset. Moreover, they didn't guilt us for having a "misbehaving" cat, but instead were understanding that some cats are just sensitive at the vet! We loved that they had cat friendly policies that made the visit less stressful for Sherlock and for us, and were impressed with the entire team's friendliness and care.
