Society Hill Vets appears to be thorough and caring -- both very good. We have had long waits at times, but I understand that sometimes there are emergencies that cannot be predicted. Everyone has always been courteous.
Only complaint I have is that when our dog was sent home after surgery, there were no bandages put on her. Twice her sutures came out, despite her wearing the cone collar. The second time, we were charged for the re-suturing and then told to put a baby's t-shirt on her to protect the area. Wish we had been told that initially to avoid the drama, concern and cost. Hopefully, our loss will be others' gain and the hospital will tell people to use this precaution at the outset.
