We would love to know more details as why this was the worst appointment you have ever received. Explaining our short comings would only help us understand what we did wrong. It would also possibly explain why we were more expensive as we could look into the details of your specific job; we find we are often on the cheaper side when multiple quotes are given. Insight to your specific quote would allow us and other consumers to know why they were cheaper, sometimes its not about the price but about the service and actual work performed. Our recommendation could have been more extensive than others.

I apologize that you are unsatisfied with the installation but appreciate the feed back for training purposes. We will definitely be reviewing the photos with the installer that our technicians are required to submit for every job to ensure proper quality. Unfortunately the original hole was just a misfortune and sometimes can happen. The $20 scanner you referenced, we do keep on the trucks and typically only picks up wood studs and with the main service off of the sheetrock inside the wall can be harder to detect.
As for the outlet being crooked, that is a simple fix and one that should have been addressed prior to leaving. I will personally follow up to schedule a time to come by and fix that as sloppy work is unacceptable with our standard and is covered by our Lifetime Workmanship warranty.
