While the gentleman that did my pedicure was awesome and I will go back for him, overall I find the lack of professionalism upsetting. There are staff members that are not working with clients just lounging around, being loud, and working on their own projects (either their nails, hair, or some knitting). When it was time for me to pay I had to wait at the front desk for at least five minutes while a staff member's child was playing on her phone at the desk. Overall, I enjoy my pedicures, but am disappointed otherwise.
