As always, the staff was friendly, professional, and did a great job! The staff is five stars, but substract for the condition of the shop. I've been coming to the shop for y are and I have not seen maintenance or upkeep on the salon. The baseboards are extremely dirty and the floors are in disrepair. These type of issues are beyond everyday cleaning and fall to management and ownership. As a customer it makes me wonder if there might be sanitary issues (although I've never had any). As I said previously, I've been a loyal customer for several years, but th disrepair makes me think about trying other salons.

I came here for a mani/pedi with my mom. We were offered a list of upgraded pedicure options, and since I was treating my mother to a mani/pedi as a "thank you", I decided to select the spa upgrade. The price listed was NOT the price of the pedicure-which would have made since because it was $10+ more than the normal pedicure. The price listed was IN ADDITION to the pedicure base cost (I should have asked but didn't). A $33 mani/pedi turned out to cost about $67! EACH! That is insane for northern Virginia! The "spa" upgrade was only an additional scrub and masque, which is included in other salons without the CRAZY up-charge! The quality of the manicure was questionable as well-because not much was done with my cuticles and the skin around my nails. I will not be back to this salon. It is overpriced for the location and quality of services provided.

My cuticles were rough afterwards and the polish did not cover my entire nail bed on many of the nails. Sloppy job.

My experience was absolutely terrible. From beginning to end. My instructions were blatantly disregarded. My manicure was extremely sloppy and the customer service was terrible. I have sent along three emails requesting an owner to reach out to me and rectify the situation with a well deserved refund and I have heard nothing. When I went back to the salon to speak with the manage Julie and Jenny were extremely rude and yelled at me and refused my refund. My experience was physically painful and down right awful.
