The loving care by all the staff was evident from the moment we entered the building. Covid concerns were addressed, masks worn, with seating available inside or in your car. Christine, the technician, was reassuring, patient, genuinely interested in our concerns and questions and answered with intelligence and empathy. So, too, was Dr. Oratio. The tender handling of Penny was deeply appreciated as she performed her extremely thorough examination, explaining what was being done, what needed to be done in the future, and taking her time so there was not a feeling of being rushed. Her focused attention, gentle manner, and soft spoken words of support helped Penny through a clearly stressful visit. Christine and Dr. Oratio were a great team and we felt very special in their care!

The doctor and technicians and front desk staff at this facility are incredible! Compassionate, competent, patient and very kind. As a dog mom in distress, they made sure I was also calm and informed. Thank you for the love and care you provide to your patients.

My two Boxers had their annual check-ups yesterday. They were treated with such care! I felt secure in how thorough they were. Their knowledge of the breed was quite apparent. And they went out of their way to make Hallie Berry and Enzo feel comfortable and the treats were great too!

I love these folks! Each and every person takes a personal interest in my pups. They are loving and knowledgeable professionals who are proactive and go the extra mile every time. I never have to worry about whether I'm asking the right questions, and I'm always given the information I need to make the best decisions for my pets. I wish we could clone them!
