Christine and Dr Shekk were great. I could really tell they are animal lovers. They were patient and tried to make Snickers feel safe. He’s a yapper and was barking at everyone and everything. Thanks everyone for the first class care.

My husband took our cat, Kiki Roo McCloud, for her annual checkup. He was pleased with the vet, although she delivered some bad news about Kiki's eyes, which we will have to address. Jim said the vet was concerned and gave them a good amount of time. The blood tests were quite expensive, but I can see the need for them as she had not had blood taken in three years and she is a senior cat now/ She will also have to go to a surgeon for ingrown eyelashes, which make her miserable. But as usual, the vet and staff gave us their all. My only complaint was that although they clipped her claws, a couple are still a bit long and scratching me. We will remind them next time to do a thorough job.

The doctor noticed some discomfort that I hadn't yet. She knew that because she is an older dog, she might need some pain management.

Every thing went smoothly. Vet was clear in her explanations and was kind to the dog. The assistant was pleasant and knowledgeable.Office staff were helpful and nice.

The appointment was held close to the scheduled time. The vet and techs were all very friendly and courteous. They did all they could to make Casey, who is very skittish, as comfortable as possible. Have been bringing my dogs here for over 35 years. That says a lot.
