AH-MAZING!!! I had a facial with Tonia and it was wonderful! It was relaxing and my skin felt so much better afterwards. She had great suggestions for products without being pushy.

I was upset with my last visit and will probably not be returning to soto. I had a later appointment and although I understand it got close to closing time, I felt rushed and heard some comments that made it seem like they were less concerned about quality and more concerned about getting it done in time so that the “front desk doesn’t have to stay much longer.” I then thought I was charged too much for what I had done and was not told throughout my time there that I was being charged for certain things. I am also still not very satisfied with how my hair turned out, after my 3rd time being there. The people are usually nice and helpful but this experience ruined it for me.

I have been struggling with a knot for over 2 weeks on the right middle side of my back. I have never received a massage before and of course was VERY skeptical about massages. Well I spoke to Joni earlier in the week and she set me up with Sara for an hour session yesterday (Saturday). After I was done I felt great, but today, Sunday I feel amazing! My massage was well worth it and if I didn't live over 2 hrs away I would visit regularly. My wife also visited Joni for a facial and the whole way back to where we were staying we talked about how great each of our service was. Definitely would recommend Joni and Sara to others! Professional staff and very mindful of social distancing guidelines.
