Sound Method is a beautiful studio in the heart of Omaha. We offer high quality yoga instruction in an inclusive and welcoming environment. Our professional, highly trained yoga instructors teach classes in Vinyasa Flow, Power, Hatha, Yin fusion, Kundalini and even Partner Yoga styles. SMY is a place where you can grow in your budding or established practice and where taking on something new is comfortable, affordable and safe.

I feel so fortunate to have found Sound Method Yoga. I absolutely love the Yin classes. I really think I look at least 5 years younger when I leave. Mandy is wonderful; she is so helpful with your poses and props making sure you are getting the most out of them. She also always has the most wonderful talks through out the class. I love it!
