Sounds on Wheels is my go to for anything Audio.
Don't waste your time with the other clowns around town, they will just disappoint you!

The guys were friendly. When I asked a question they would answer to the best of their knowledge. I had to leave and come back and once I did they told me how much longer I would be waiting without inquiry. It was great.

The team at sounds on wheels was professional, honest, and took the time to understand my needs. Their recommendations were spot on to what I needed. The install tech did a wonderful job and the install was clean and professionally done. He explained everything to me in a way I could understand as I am not an audio guy. I would recommend sounds on wheels to anyone looking to repair their current audio equipment or get new. Great team and company.

It took over 7 hours to complete the job of installing a smart start device... at the end, they neglected to install not only the 2 large nuts that hold the steering column to the dash support as well as the tilt wheel lever, there were several small parts like A pillar grab handle screw attach covers 1 found on seat 1 missing. Tediously slow, no lead person lots of seemingly aimless unfocused labor, no answer to "how much longer". No clear pricing or sense of professionalism. Lots of time spent observing and feeling invisible without being informed of progress of install even after asking several times over the course of 7.5 hours just hanging out. And then getting delivered a vehicle without steering column support.. why would you even need to dismantle that? Need better training skills. Sorry but true.. Kevin

Kevin I apologize for what you went through and will meet with the 2 techs that were helping you so this does not happen in the future. as far as the pricing issue with smart start we can only give an estimate of their price which is typically $145 & $165 until the install is started and the device is hooked up to smart starts computer. I will get with smart start again and see if their is a fix for this. Thank you for bringing this to my attention.

Was very pleased that we were able to drop off our old Willys Wagon on a Friday without an appointment and get new speakers and a radio installed and ready to pick up the next day. Great service.

Great service, had an issue with our stereo system that they installed back in 2021 loosing all sound. They were able to trace down the issue, car was their all day and they charged me for one hour of time.
