Not sure why they still don’t allow people inside (622). . Reaching them by phone to schedule was a challenge in itself.

Had limited contact with Dr., at appt - and she did not provide info I would have liked to have known and asked questions about. Info was provided by staff AFTER Dr went back inside and opportunity for meaningful discussion passed.

I left with many questions, not much information, and a thinner wallet.

Overall, not a great Vet experience. Prices seem high for that level of service.

Very nice staff, and doctor. The service provided was covid safe! The wait time was very short, and organized. I received clear instructions on my dogs care.

You guys are an obvious money making priority facility! You allowed my poor puppy to die alone overnight in your alleged care when none of the staff including the owner showed the capacity to care let alone save my poor lil one. Yet you made sure to care about the disgusting charges totaling over a thousand dollars while I had to be told nothing was done and she was gone. You a should be ashamed of yourself and not allowed near any emergency as your facility falsely claims to be capable of handling!

They are always very professional and kind to both our big dog and elderly kitty. We've been bringing our fur babies to South Bay Veterinary Care for years now and would never think of changing doctors.
