The staff is very friendly and well trained. My pup was very nervous and not so friendly however. For the safety of all in the exam room and to alleviate more stress to him, we were sent home with some medication to come back for our visit in a few days so that he can be relaxed and give the ability to the tech and the Dr to give him a proper examination.
