The staff was amazing honestly you can tell just a bunch of amazing people work there. However, my appointment was at 3:30, I showed up 15 minutes early so I arrived at 3:15. I didn't actually leave until after 5pm, I spent a total of 30 minutes being assisted by someone and the remaining hour and 30 minutes alone waiting in a room for the doctor to show up. When she did show up the service was amazing they are all so nice, however due to the wait it makes me hesitant on returning. While in the lobby I heard another customer say they had to come in once a week and they are always there for 3 hours. Never had this problem before but makes me not want to return.
