Always great with my anxious dog.
The receptionist was someone I haven't seen before, she was wonderful! Very kind and understanding. She was generous enough to let us wait in the exam room vs. the reception area to help keep my dog calm.

Great first experience, the front desk personnel were very nice and helpful. And my cat even through she was dropped off and had to wait, was in and out in a couple hours and they took very good care of her!
