I waited in the waiting room for my car to be serviced. The employees were all very nice with me and other customers. I was asked if I was comfortable in the waiting area. I was confident that my car was serviced as I requested and the cost of services was very competitive. I will return for future service and refer my son to Southend Auto Care. I really like the online services and appointment confirmation process. The cost matched the quote. That's very important to me.

I've received fairly good service the previous times I took my vehicle. However, I ended up deciding to pick up my vehicle, after driving the very rough loaner for two days, without repair because there was no sign of getting it fixed anytime soon. Just check on the timing. Won't be going back because I was a repeat customer but didn't feel like they wanted to keep my business.
