This office was great. I had an emergency dental appointment, I thought I needed a root canal, but soon learned that my tooth needed to be extracted. Dr. Cross was very good at reviewing the xrays with me and explaining why i needed an extraction.

I felt he was very honest in his explanation. He then gave me a referral for my next dentist appointment.

I needed a sudden root canal, and Dr. Keippel and hygienist Lisa were just great. The patient service and care was beyond what I would even expect: very kind, confident, organized, efficient, experienced. I have a childhood history of braving tooth extractions, braces, fillings, etc, but in my older age I'm much more anxious about dental procedures. I felt completely safe and cared for, from scheduling the appointment, checking in at the front desk to the pre- and post-procedure conversations. I hope I never have to go back, but SAENDO is where you'll find me for future endodontic needs.

I was so fortunate to get in on the day I called for an appointment. I went to see Dr. Smith for a root canal. He and his assistant, April, put me very much at ease. When Dr. Smith was administering the numbing shot April was rubbing my shoulder to calm me. I felt no pain during the procedure and walked out at the end of my appointment with a completed root canal. Great experience!

Dr Burros is the best endodontist. He takes his time and explains everything he is doing and sees. Very thorough and patient and kind and experienced.
